I managed to effectively develop the feeling of teamwork in the employees whom I supervised. First of all, I managed to improve communication both with the managers and the e mployees. Secondly, I managed to reduce the degree of resistance that used to come up from some employees. Also, I managed to introduce effective methods of measuring productivity which effectively identified time-wasters. 5. There was an employee in the warehouse who believed the management was not adequately concerned about employee issues. So, he used to be a time-waster.
